What is a Wellness Champion?

Medieval kings selected knights (champions) who wished to represent the realms values and virtues in order to deliever the king's message to his people. They weren't the "best" knights, but they were passionate about fullfilling a greater purpose greater than themselves. In the case of being a Wellness Champion, my purpose is to empower people to live to their greatest potential spiritually, physically, emotionally, and financially. In other words, experiencing true quality of life. By duplicating myself in others, my goal is to create an organization of Wellness Champion's who believe that it is their moral imparative to spread "wellness through prevention" to change their community. There will be times when what I am sharing won't be popular and will cause my readers to question the status quo. This can make one feel attacked and go on the offensive. It will be at these times that I will stress investigating the issue for themselves while exchanging their references and constructive communication. I believe truth will prevail when given a chance. I welcome all in the realm of my blog to come along side me and make our communities and world a better tomorrow.
